Dear Friends,

My name is Lara Lark. I am a singer, songwriter, and composer.

I like to characterize my music as playful, somatic and experiential — layering real instruments, synths, and vocals in a binaural vortex of psychedelic color and energy to induce joy, waves of nostalgia, and conscious thinking.

My influences include musicians, such as Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac, Odesza, Lord Huron, and Enya.

I am currently working on an original record while releasing singles of my favorite cover songs, putting my own spin and vibe to them.

This album will be co-produced by Scott Gordon, who is an accomplished mixing/recording audio engineer and producer for TV and Film, and has worked as a mixing engineer for Ringo Star, Alanis Morissette, Aerosmith, and several other music icons. Some of my best memories involve working with Scott. He has added tremendous value to our work. I feel grateful to call him a friend and mentor.

I’m also working on a collaboration with my co-writer, Nick Samuels. Our first single, “How It Ends”, will release 1/23/24. Following with a 4 song EP in the spring of 2024.

I’m currently performing my Chakra Balancing & Healing Music, Live on YouTube via livestream every Tuesday at 9pmEST.

My mission is to Inspire you to live your best life; to help you, my friend and listener, feel strong, empowered, peaceful, and to find a stronger connection to Self.
