Deposits will be collected by no later than Jan 13th. If you are joining in later, payment must be made in full. The second half will be collected by Feb 19th. Rooms are distributed on a first come first serve basis. Once your deposit has been received you're room option will be saved for you. Rooms will not be held without deposit. The deposit is 50% of the total cost of your room choice. Check or cash can be paid to Lara in person or a check can be mailed. Contact Lara for mailing instructions. There will be a service charge of 3.5% for credit card purchases to your grand total purchase.
