The agenda is listed below.  Times and activities may vary depending on the energy of the group.

8:30-9am - Introduction/Intention Circle

• We will introduce ourselves and each set a personal intention and a collective intention for the week.

9-10:30 - Chakra Balancing Yoga Class

• Each day we will learn about and discuss one of the 7 chakras. Day one will start at the root and we will work our way up the channel to the crown by our final day. Each yoga class will be designed to open and balance the chakra we are focusing on, so by the time you head home you'll feel like a shiny new and wonderful you.

FREE TIME

1PM - However long it takes - You'll be given the option to participate in an excursion.  

• Excursion 1: Visit the tidal pools...If you have a snorkel you should definitely bring it!

• Excursion 2: Trek to the waterfall at Montezuma. This is my favorite trip of all! Bring some spending money for the local street vendors, there are many AMAZING jewelry designers!

• Excursion 3: Surfing at Playa Hermosa...the most beautiful local surf spot in the region. (surf lessons are taught by Mikey Maustellar and cost $50)

• Excursion 4: Zip-Lining! Some have a fear of heights have chosen to sit this one out and just relax on the beach, receive spa treatments, or explore the area.

• Excursion 5: Excursion of your choice: Horseback riding, paddle boarding, or ATV Trek through the rainforest.

8PM - Candlelit yoga and meditation

FREE TIME , OR PARTY TIME, OR SLEEPY TIME!

Please contact me as soon as possible with any questions and to make a deposit to get you the room you want as space is limited.

ATV RENTAL:  Notify me if you would be interested in renting an ATV for the week.  I will be offering group activities and many of them require transportation.  ATV rental is the best, cheapest, and the MOST FUN way to get around the area.  You can request that one be waiting for you upon arrival or you can partner up with another guest to share the ATV to save on the expense.
