Larks Chillwave Chakra Vinyasa Masterclass is accompanied by her self written/produced album, In the Flow, and new release, Paradise, carefully composed of frequencies to further balance the chakras stimulated through asana. A journey trough light and sound that peak the senses and invigorates the soul. Following savasana, Lark methodically guides the class back into their bodies into free form fluid to dance to become entranced as Lark plays live music with sneak peeks at her future albums.

Class Info: This masterclass truly is and experience to remember. Lark will provide concert lights and compact sound equipment to turn the classroom into a compact festival.

additional Bio

Lark began her music career while still in high school, but, ten years ago, she pressed pause on her music career to pursue her interest in yoga.  With over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training completed, Lark has since been teaching yoga classes that emphasize the journey through the seven chakras, using her music as her medium to do so.

As a Chillwave Electronic Musician, Lark understands how the right mood and tempo prompts the body to fluidly synch breath and movement.  Her class is accompanied by music from her self written/produced album, In the Flow, and her new release, Paradise, which have been carefully composed using specific sound frequencies to further balance the chakras stimulated during her unique yoga sequences. In a melodic tone, she helps students fall into a fully synchronized rhythm that will leave them feeling open, balanced and invigorated.

Lark’s music was influenced by artists like Tycho, Ryan Farish, Enya, Hang Massive, and Odesza. Her music is available on your favorite music platforms and live performances, but she is most excited to share the musical power that infuses her life with peace, love, and inspiration in yoga classrooms and festivals around the world.
